- Yellow Peaches
- Honeydew melon
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Red Plums
- Baby Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Nantes Carrots
- Gypsy Peppers
- Romaine Hearts
- Dandelion Greens
- Jewel Sweet Potatoes
I will, I will, I will use those sweet potatoes. The carrots are way better than last time too.
Dandelion greens? Huh? I may have to resort to the recipes on the newsletter for those.
What got composted from the last box? Alas quite a lot, as we didn't cook at home for about three days after it came. Corn, chard, lettuce, all too far gone by the time i came to try and use them. The melon sat for a while until I finally got around to having some for breakfast but it was a bit rancid. And those apricots spoiled fast too. Must try harder.
Already used half the cauliflower, so that's a start ;)

Sounds like a delicious box! Hope I get dandelion greens in mine next week.
Last time I had dandelion greens I used them as the greens in this rice bowl: http://inmybox.wordpress.com/2008/01/24/a-bowl-of-gratitude/
And here is a link to my de.li.cio.us collection of dandelion green recipes. I haven't tried any of them yet but they all sound great.
